6. The User shall use the services provided by Mumera.com, Mumera Films, its affiliates, consultants and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only.
7. The User agrees to provide authentic and true information. Mumera Films reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the User at any point of time. If upon confirmation such User details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), Mumera Films has the right in its sole discretion to reject his registration and debar him forever from using the Services of Mumera.com, Mumera.com and other affiliated websites.
8. The User agrees not to send unsolicited advertising or promotional material to other Users of Mumera.com or Mumera.com. The User further agrees not to use the facilities and capabilities of the Service to conduct any business or activity or to solicit the performance of any activity that is prohibited by law.
9. All photographs/ content/ information/ material submitted by the User to Mumera.com become the property of Mumera Films (Mumera Films and their associates) even if they are not published and they shall not be returned. The User grants all rights including copyrights and other intellectual property rights relating to the photographs/ content/ information/ material that has been submitted by the User, even if they are not published. Mumera Films may also use all or any of the photographs/ content/ information/ software/ material submitted by the User for purposes other than those provided in these terms and conditions, such as promotion, advertising and marketing in the print and electronic media owned by Mumera Films.
